The following warranty is given by Saab Appliances Pty Ltd. Your appliance is subject to the warranty conditions that are set out below. To avoid any doubt, the benefits of this warranty are in addition to all implied warranties, other rights and remedies in respect of the appliance which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and similar State and Territory laws.

Saab Appliances Pty Ltd warrants this product for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials, notwithstanding any subsequent repair or parts replacement.

Replacement will be of the faulty product, part or accessory or an equivalent, excluding packaging, recipe books, instruction manual etc.

Minor adjustments, which may not be due to faults in workmanship and materials, may be made at our discretion instead of replacement of the product or accessory.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

Only appliances used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions will be covered by this warranty.
YOU MUST RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT FOR THIS APPLIANCE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED WHEN MAKING A CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
The purchaser shall be responsible for any postage and handling charges required in returning the product to Saab Appliances Pty Ltd.
The intended use of this appliance is for domestic purposes and therefore the warranty does not extend to commercial use.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, not following operating instructions, neglect or normal wear and tear.
Saab Appliances Pty Ltd will not accept liability for any direct or consequential loss, damage or other expense arising from misuse, incorrect installation or incorrect operation of the appliance.
